COMPLIANCE AND ETHICS PROGRAM

The Center has a Compliance and Ethics Program and is committed to adhering to applicable federal and state laws and regulations and to making a sincere effort to prevent, detect and correct any improper, illegal or unethical activities. Anyone who suspects any noncompliance or misconduct should contact Ms. Virginia Gomez, BACC’s Compliance Officer at 305-756-7116. A written report marked “CONFIDENTIAL” may be sent to:

BACC will protect the reporter’s identity to the extent possible and permitted by law. In the event the person making a report wishes to remain anonymous, he or she may submit an anonymous report; however, that may limit BACC’s ability to investigate the report.
